Fab location and apartment

The staff were brilliant, available all day til 7pm with help, beach towels, parasols and luggage lock up. The family apartment was clean and large, had everything you'd need. Location was perfect. Bus outside or metro 10mins away to everything you need plus beach 4mins through the trees. Beach had facilities, cafes and lifeguards in May.

Amazing location close to the beach! The apartment was very convenient and spacious. We enjoyed being a bit outside of the main touristic hotspots.

The property is really close to the beach. The view was nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for rest.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at Lugaris. Upon arrival, I was told I had to check in via a link that did not work on my phone and with young children it was a long winded process. The staff were very unhelpful and proceeded to tell me the room was not sufficient for the amount of guests in our group. I advised the member of staff that I confirmed the amount of people attending both adults and children with someone from their team the night before our arrival. He ignored me until I showed him the proof of the messages. There is no room service and this was not described or made clear at the time of booking. I feel this is a vital piece of information to include somewhere clear for people to read prior to booking. You also have to empty your own bins to the larger recycling bins on the road behind the property. They provide you with one small trash bag but you are told you have to source your own if you need anymore bags. Lastly, the staff are so rude and would look at us as if they were disgusted by our presence. They were extremely unhelpful and spoke to us quite unprofessionally making it clear they did not want to help us by giving short, closed responses.

Just Brilliant. Enabled us to check in after midnight ! Clean, luxurious, hot water, brilliant service, used the lockers on the day of check out, just an absolutely brilliant property and location. Apartment had everything including a lovely bathroom , with a washing machine and a powerful shower. Kitchen, living room, dining table - just brilliant. Customer service so great.

We had a wonderful stay at Lugaris Beach Apartments. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location in Poblenou is fantastic—close enough to the city center, yet far calmer and less crowded. Just steps away, there’s a long boulevard lined with restaurants, cafés, and shops, and the beach is only a couple of minutes’ walk. The apartments are well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It was also wonderfully quiet throughout our stay, with no noise disturbances at all. Overall, a perfect place to stay—we’d happily come back.
