The taxi service was very premium, the timing was good, there was very little waiting, check-out was practical, we left our belongings with early check-in, the location was very central and everything was within walking distance.

Wrongly debited my credit card twice. Although refund the amount but due to bank exchange rate caused me HK$250 for their mistake. Report this problem both to the hotel and Booking.com but no reply!

It was a nice stay overall. The location is great, and the breakfast had a good variety, though no individually prepared hot dishes. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The location is excellent, but there were homeless people sleeping near the entrance, which felt uncomfortable at times.

The room was very nice, love the amount of mirrors it had, the staff during check in and check out was nice. They hold your baggage in case you have a late flight and want to enjoy the last day in the city
