“We absolutely adored our visit to Barcelona and the hostal Goya was perfect.”
It was very centrally located, super clean, small but comfortable, and the little 'dining room' was a real plus but most of all the service was excellent, super helpful. We loved it and just recommended it to other friends.

“We would definitely recommend Hostel Goya for anyone wanting to explore the wonderful cultural sites of Barcelona.”
Amazing staff, Lucia was extremely helpful & nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent with everything we wanted to explore was easily accessible or within walking distance. The common room facilities were great and the guest snack bags with muffins and juice were a lovely treat each morning.

The localisation of the hotel was very good. Personnel of property was so kindly. The rooms was clean and tidy. Coffee and water for free.

Location is excellent....walking distance to plaza catalunya, arc de triomf, great bars and restaurants. Short walk to La Ramblas and Sangrada Familia is also walkable about 20-25 mins. Rooms are very clean and bedding comfortable. Rooms are small but functional. No frills. Free coffee anytime and a muffin and juice every morning. Water dispenser too.

Lovely room with seating and desk area. Plenty of light backing on to rear garden. Excellent daily room service. Good bathroom with plenty hot water and good towels. There was a guest dining room in which complimentary tea, coffee and milk was available 24/7 as well as a fridge in which hotel guests could keep their own perishable food. A modest complimentary continental style breakfast was provided each morning. The location is excellent being close to Plaça de Catalunya, many metro stations, lots of great shops and many good restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with a lot of local knowledge.

“Thin walls, rude neighbours, mould smelling room, bed short, window to a tiny dark smelly courtyard.”
You think the place is nice until you get a tiny mould smelling room with a window to the tiny smelly yard with the elevator running up and down (physically visible)

The hotel is very clean. The staff were super polite and very helpful. They explained everything and told us where everything is located. In the morning they even treated with muffins. The location is perfect right in the city centre and very close to all the main attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.
