“Clean, simple, good staff.”
The staff were universally excellent. The main guy at the desk during the day was helpful and polite. Special note for the guy who was at the desk on the night shift, I had to make a late night business call and he asked if I wanted a glass for some water/tea and then offered to turn on the lights in the eating area to help. Not part of his job, but much appreciated.

“Ok if you want to stay near Las Ramblas”
The location is perfect as it sits on the Las Ramblas. The room was also decent for our family. The hotel also provides self-service laundry service on the basement of the hotel so thats very convenient

Clean, comfortable. Luggage store as a big plus. Water, tea, coffee available for free without limits. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful rooftop trace. Perfect location. Cava and chocolates as a birthday present- it was very nice, thanks:)

“Barcelona is a fabulous, beautiful, fun city and Citadel is a great base from which to enjoy it!”
The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The location was awesome. the ever available coffee, hot chocolate and water/ice was fabulous. the Staff were really friendly and helpful. We just had a great stay.
