It is not appropriate when you order a king size bed, that you receive two single beds pushed together.

I like staff at the breakfast and ladybat spa. And bed.

The hotel is well located, bus stop and train stops close to it, very easy to travel to the airport. There was a big shopping mall next to the hotel which was very handy as well. The room was clean, with comfy bed and pillows.

A pleasant stay overall. The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms and is conveniently located near the La Maquinista Shopping Center. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

Super hotel. Location wise not central, but you get a huge choice of restaurants and shops due to the mall area around, so it’s very lively. Metro and train stations are in a walking distance and central areas are well connected. Staff is super friendly, professional and helpful. The room was honestly excellent. Definitely a super place to stay when visiting Barcelona.

My stay at the hotel in Catalonia turned out to be a very positive experience, although it did not start that way. Upon arrival, I was initially disappointed with the room as it was facing the garage, which gave me a negative first impression. However, the situation was quickly turned around thanks to the exceptional professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The reception team, especially Jody, were extremely welcoming and attentive. They promptly arranged a room change to one facing the street, which significantly improved my stay. Throughout my visit, the staff consistently demonstrated a high level of hospitality. At the restaurant, Alex stood out for his warm attitude and willingness to assist, even though he is still learning English. His positive energy did not go unnoticed. The housekeeping team, particularly Marie, maintained the room in excellent condition—clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times. I also had the opportunity to visit the spa, where Simona was very friendly and cooperative, adding further to the overall positive experience. In summary, while my first impression was not ideal, the dedication and professionalism of the entire team completely changed my perspective. Their efforts made my stay both enjoyable and memorable.

The staff are very friendly and helpful from the receptionists, restaurant staff and Sabrina in the spa. There's alot to choose from at breakfast also which was good.
