Overview
The Catalonia Catedral is set in a traditional Modernist building, just 100 metres from Barcelona Cathedral. It offers free use of Smartphones, Wi-Fi access, a rooftop seasonal pool and a Japanese-style terrace and garden. The Catedral has stylish rooms, which have contemporary décor. Each has a flat-screen smart TV equipped with Chromecast app, air conditioning, a minibar, a Nespresso machine. A smartphone is available for guests during their stay free of charge. The hotel’s Ascent Restaurant by Eboca serves Mediterrean cuisine and offers views of the nearby Palacio Pignatelli Art Gallery. “Great location and style, let down by faulty A/C and indifferent service”
The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is completely walkable to brilliant bars, restaurants, shopping, and all the main sights, making it a perfect base for exploring Barcelona on foot. The design is great too, a modern vibe with just the right amount of rustic character and charm.

“Unbelievable property!!!”
The breakfast was very well set out, with plenty of seating available on our visit. Nice view overlooking the neighbouring food terrace. Our chosen room 401 was perfection, with the pool just outside our patio balcony. Unfortunately we both found the tv listings did not meet our expectations(uk) The room was spacious but because of our numbered luggage after cruising we chose not to have room cleaning service. Would definitely return to same hotel and room later in the year. Not cheap, yet you pay for what you get and we were not disappointed.

The location of the hotel is very centrally located. Hotel and room are very clean, bed is super comfortable. The room comes with tea and coffee, turn-down service with dark chocolate nightly, this is very nice since not all hotel provide this. We would stay at this boutique hotel again.

Location is close to touristic spots . Barcelona Catedral is just 20 m away. You can walk everywhere. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Hotel is super clean. Everyday they clean the room. Top roof and pool is cool and funny. Toilets and bathrooms have modern design. And You have iron and hair dryer in your room.

“Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location”
The location is fantastic, being directly in the pedestrian zone around the Cathedral. Several tourist spots are in short walking distance, as well as Hop-On-Hop-Off busses and public transport. Breakfast was very good with many delicious options. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. The cherry on top is the pool on the roof, providing a wonderful relax area for an afternoon siesta.

Staff were superb - helpful, friendly, polite. From William's welcome to the bar staff's warmth. Cleaning staff always polite. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Bustling area, away from main roads, with all the gastronomy you could wish for. Room was spacious (larger room) and very comfortable with everything working. Mine was a work trip but I would seriously consider it for a pleasure trip with my wife and / or friends. Not really a family venue.

Great place in the heart of the Gothic City and near the Cathedral. Hotel staff is very supprortive, professional and friendly. Breakfast and á la carte dinner were both excellent, special shout out to the personnel.
