Great location, close to the metro and shopping. Lift for luggage was handy instead of lugging cases up stairs. Having a mini bar in the room was good. Mini supermarket very close, great coffee shops nearby.

Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am writing to formally escalate a serious incident that occurred during our stay in Milan, Italy, which I consider a grave violation of privacy and safety. Facts of the incident: • The entry occurred before the official checkout time (approximately 20 minutes prior). • A person associated with the property (cleaning staff) opened the door using a key and entered the apartment without any authorization. • This person presented themselves as authorized, despite the stay still being active. • Inside the apartment were my wife, myself, and our children, including a minor. • There was no emergency that could justify this entry. This situation constitutes a clear violation of our right to privacy and of the temporary domicile, as recognized under Italian law. The presence of a minor makes this incident particularly serious. While Booking provided a €100 refund, I must state clearly that this amount is completely insufficient given the severity of what occurred. Accepting this partial refund does not resolve nor close the matter. What we formally request: 1. Full refund of 100% of the total amount paid for the accommodation, and 2. Additional financial compensation proportional to the seriousness of the incident, or 3. Alternatively, confirmation that the case has been escalated to Booking’s legal and safety department, including information on the sanctions applied to the property. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, we are prepared to initiate legal actions in Italy for violation of privacy and unauthorized entry, and to submit a formal complaint with the competent consumer protection and judicial authorities. We request that the full refund and compensation be processed within a maximum period of eight (8) days from receipt of this message. Lovely design with art from local artists, nice details that made the place feel very homely, and extras such as free water and soft drinks. The terrace offered a nice quiet space to enjoy. Spacious room and bathroom. Fantastic position on a quiet street yet super central.

Location in Gracia, a delightful district with a real community feel. Building easily accessible with passcode and exceptionally clean.

Location is 10/10. Very convenient code based entrance. Bed and shower were nice. Cot for baby was available.

Well maintained, centrally located in Vila de Gracia, clean, well appointed and reasonably priced.

Great modern accommodation. Loved the split level family room with stair case. Shower was good Air con worked well. Great location in Gràcia. Felt we explored a different neighbourhood which we loved. We wouldn’t have explored this district, had we not stayed here. Keyless entry with codes was easy and communication was very clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend to all and we would stay here again.

Great location, easy access with via mobile. Room was small but serviceable. Shared terrace a nice space to have, it was helpful given the small room it gave us somewhere to sit and have a coffee/food. Really handy that there is and Aldi just a couple of minutes walk away to stock up on water and juice. Easy to control temperature, USB and USB Ccharging ports next to the bed which is handy!
