Overview
Just 100 metres from Fontana Metro Station, Barcelona Housing Student is in Barcelona’s trendy Gràcia district. It offers free Wi-Fi and is 10 minutes’ walk from the main avenues of Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia. The bright soundproofed rooms feature a fan, desk and wardrobe. They come with heating and have shared bathroom facilities. Sheets and quilts are provided. The hostel has a communal lounge area with a flat-screen TV. Guests can use the hostel’s 2 well-equipped communal kitchens. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. The hostel has a lift and a tour desk. Plaza Catalunya and the Rambla are just 3 stops away by Metro. The residence is open to the university community, including students, professors, researchers and administrative staff all year round.

“Good value, excellent location”
Location is excellent, despite property having ~ 15 rooms on one floor, it was very quiet and showers were always available and clean. Fridge in the room.

Carmen who runs the place, is a gem!! She is very friendly and very open to help.. It is very close to public transport. The place is spotless and it is very good value for money

“Room with NO air”
+The location is good, the metro station is near. +The kitchen and the bathroom are very clean ( thank you, Carmen). +The most AMAZING hostel worker I've ever seen in my life - Carmen. That woman is a national treasure!!! Yes, she doesn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish but we understand each other perfectly. She is extremely nice and friendly! + There was a small fridge in the room

“Spacious room in a nice area.”
The neighborhood is really nice. It's lively but still feels like a local area. There are a few plazas nearby where you can get wine and tapas, and there are also coffee shops, metro stations, and other transit options close by. There's a supermarket just a few steps away, and there's even a McDonald's. The room is big and has a desk, mini fridge, closet, and a big window.

Great hospitality. Comfortable student house. Far from the city centre but very well served by buses and near the metro station. Suggested for cyclists staying one or more nights in the region.

“Very decent and safe place to stay”
A very kind lady had waited for me until very late due to my flight being delayed. Room was clean and everything you'd expect was there. Fan in the corner was a blessing I had a fridge in my room as well to store cold refreshments. Room was spacious, clean and had a balcony. McDonald's, grocery shop and food available literally on your doorstep. 1h walk to the beach 20 min walk towards the park Perfect for someone who doesn't mind walking and has no issues to sleep with open balcony doors - it's relatively loud outside pretty much throughout the night. City does not sleep, gets very quiet only between 3 and 5 am

“In general i liked it a lot and would come back again.”
Carmen is super friendly and helpful. There are many rooms but still, whole appartment feels private, quiet and safe. Bathrooms and kitchen are clean and there is a fan is every room. Location is the best, lots of shops and restaurants, 2mns to Fontana metro station. Towels are hairdryer was available at the property. Wifi connection is superb.
