Well located, easy to access, lots of restaurants near by and right at the beach. Morning swims in the calm sea. The apartment has everything you need. The host was nice and welcoming.

Superb localization and very friendly and helpfull staff. The place is near Sea, beach, restuarants, shops, Market of barceloneta, It's 10-15 minutes walk to metro, port, and Bari Goitc. There are some resutaruants neraby and many convienience sotres.

The location is perfect, the apartment is well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, they even allowed us to stay longer the last day since there were no guests coming this day, one of the best places I have ever stayed in (I have been to 40+ countries)

Amazing beach view from balcony Good heating and air conditioning Close to shops and the sea. The two rooftop gardens with seating were grand to sit out on with a beer. The manager was great, friendly and accommodating to our late check in

Couldn't be closer to the beach and there are plenty of bars within a 2 - 5 minute walk in any direction. A taxi ride into Barcelona if you can't be bothered with public transport isn't expensive and fairly easy to arrange. Air conditioned, fabulous shower and comfy beds. The roof terrace is convenient and no parties allowed after 11pm. It's not a luxury apartment but it has absolutely everything you need.

Very cosy little apartment, amazing location, very kind hosts, comfortable bed, good shower. Also we had a good kitchen and dining area.

“Small comfortable apartment by the sea.”

The location is great, not at the centre of Barcelona, but on the coast, just off Barceloneta beach and the seaside promenade. It is about 15 minutes walk to the metro stop that will take you the centre. Evenso, there are grocery stores and supermarkets close by. The host is very welcoming. The apartment is comfortable, but pretty small.

Fantastic apartment in an unbeatable location! Just a stone's throw from the beach, with everything you need right on the doorstep. The apartment is next to a small but well-stocked supermarket and there is a pharmacy and a tobacco shop very close by. I also need to mention the ice cream shop next door which has the best homemade ice cream I have ever tasted and is a must try. The apartment was absolutely spotless, extremely well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a Smart TV, comfortable beds and extra pillows. It also has a great rooftop balcony with seaviews that is accessible by lift. The apartment was kept spotless clean by the cleaner/maintenance man that we met when we arrived and was very nice man that was so kind and helpful even with a language barrier. Due to a delay on our end, we weren’t able to meet the property manager until the day after we arrived, but communication beforehand was excellent, and we had no issues accessing the apartment. When we met him the next morning, he was a genuinely lovely person who was great to talk to and luckily is from to Barcelona so he was full of great knowledge and recommendations for places to eat and visit and was so helpful during our stay. We had such an amazing time here and will definitely be returning. Book this apartment if it is available you won’t be disappointed.

That’s a lovely place right by the beach. Very cosy, with a quiet neighbourhood, ones can hear only waives. A lot of nice restaurants, cafeterias and bars in the area. Walking distance to the centre. The place is clean and comfy. The main advantage is the exit to the terrace on the roof. The host is very welcoming. They give me all I asked for and even more, including an introduction to the area. The apartment is great, hope to get back soon!

In the photos it looks like the apartment has a balcony but there is no balcony. There is a communal terrace. This was quite misleading. Other than that it was nice.

Wonderful location, best host

Perfect location for a short stay for my wife to run the half marathon. Right by the beach for morning coffee and 10min walk to the metro.

The location was perfect at the beach. Nice area with cafes and restaurants. The apartment had everything you need and had two roof terraces! It was perfect!

Location was good if you want to be next to beach. About 45 mins walk to exiample and 35 minutes walk to la rambla.

Everything was super ok and the guy who received us was very friendly. From our point of view the apartament has all the necessary things, it was clean, location is awesome, it was warm and cozy

The location: 30 seconds from the beach (which you can see from the apartment window), 2 minutes from the harbour, 10 minutes walk to the metro/start of the old town. Great area to stay with little supermarkets, restaurants and bars round the corner too. Comfortable bed, great shower. Good coffee machine :) spotlessly clean. Roof terrace with a view of the sea. The building has an elevator. Not many places are accessible - this is a real plus with heavy bags! Great service - checked in by Albion and shown around and allowed to keep the apartment until I left in the evening.
