“Nice clean apartments for short city stay with excellent staff.”

Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Sol on reception is one of the most helpful people we have encountered on our travels. The area felt safe and it is a good location for a family to base themselves. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, beds made, clean towels and bins emptied when we put the sign out in the morning. Fantastic aircon that was a welcome relief to return to after exploring the city. The water pressure is exceptional- fantastic showers! Supermarket around the corner for supplies, but not a huge selection of family friendly restaurants open on a Sunday/public holidays. Breakfast was nice with fresh bread, cheese, meat, yoghurt and whole fruits or eggs, bacon and sausages made to order from the kitchen. The machine coffee was surprisingly good also but you could order cappuccino etc from the bar also. 24hr reception made checking out at 3am for an early flight a breeze.

Spacious 2 bedroom and one living room Appartement. Very quiet, nice aircon and flow of air. We stayed on the 5th floor. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was fantastic, lady serving in the restaurant was so sweet. The hotel staff was overall very attentive and polite. The room was spacious, clean and bright. The terrace was a plus however we didn't use it much. The hotel is conveniently located with many public transportation options. We had our luggage at the reception till our flight departed. Would love to come back again. Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel for one night with a group of four friends, and unfortunately the experience fell well below basic expectations. The toilet in our room was not working, which meant we had to use the restaurant facilities on the ground floor throughout our stay. This was highly inconvenient, especially overnight, and not what you would expect from a functioning hotel room. In addition, there were loads of ants in the room and mould in the bathroom, both of which raise concerns about cleanliness and maintenance standards. We raised the matter of the toilet with staff and requested compensation. The hotel offered a 5% refund, approximately £11, which did not feel proportionate given the lack of a working toilet - a fundamental amenity - and the other hygiene concerns. The response felt inflexible and overly reliant on policy rather than addressing the situation in a reasonable way. Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, or customer service. Would not recommend.
