Excellent stay, very welcoming. Beautiful setting with views. Infinity pool. Good food, cheaper beer compared to beach. Assisting with transport and extras when our departure flight was cancelled.

“Unexpectedly delightful”
Picturesque 360 panoramic views of the coastline that are breathtaking even in bad weather coupled with great amenities and the most friendly staff you have ever met make for a relaxing and surprisingly pleasant stay. The location really is perfect, just a short walk from the beach below, with a great pool for when you want to cool down. The penthouse has just about everything you might wish for, including a small kitchenette, smart TV and a hot shower, which is hard to find in a lot of properties on the island. The design of the place also felt like a step above the rest with attention paid to the details. The staff went above and beyond even getting us the soft drinks we were craving in the pouring rain! The food is awesome and the breakfast hit the spot in the morning. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer...

The location is perfect for a tour purpose vacation. It's near all tourist spots. Also the staff are very kind and accomodating.

“Relaxed and happy experience”
Beyond my expectation as it’s more clean and cozy than most hotels in virac town. Sea view out of my window is beautiful. The host’s families are truly kind and hospitable, the most relaxing memories in Catanduanes here. Btw they provide hot shower which is important to me haha . I would choose Alon again if travel to baras.
