Very nice apartment, peaceful neighbourhood. Supermarket and small shops 50m away. When arriving late plan to use 'Deliveroo' type service like 'Pyszne.pl'. Great wifi and big screen TV!

The door to the balcony was broken so that you are unable to lock it. So everyone could have entered the apartment just being pushing against the door.

“Customer attitude was terrible.”
We want to complain for the host. The host confirmed that our check it can be at 11-12 p.m. But I`ve got the message from the airline, that our flight was delayed for 2,5 hours. We contacted with the host and informed, that we could arrive later. But they replied that it was too late for them and recommended me to cancel my booking. But I`ve already paid my booking and couldn`t do this. Aslo we had no idea what to do at night having 2 kids (8 yeas and an infant). So I proposed the host to left the keys for me. Also I`ve suggested such option that my representative in Poznan could contact them to to pick up the keys for me. But I had no any reply from the host. They ignored us. My representative in Poznan contacted the host over the phone, but the host told him that they are not in the city and couldn`t accept us. However, the flight arrived at 11.08 p.m. to Poznan, so we could arrive to the apartment before the deadline (12 p.m.). We wrote the message to the host that we`ve arrived to Poznan and how could we pick up the keys. BUT THE HOST DIDN`T RESPONDED AND WE LEFT US ON THE STREET WITH 2 KIDS AT NIGHT WITHOUT ACCOMODATION. We`ve contacted Booking.com customer service, they checked our communication with the host, but they coudn`t help us. In our view it the fraud.

Everything was ok. Like at home!) Very nice place, there are near biedronka shop 30m and good restaurant 150-200m. Nice location for walking. We will definitely choose this apartment next time.
