This boutique hotel is only 60 metres from the Adriatic Sea in the Green Belt area in Susanj, 900 metres from Bar's centre. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage and 24-hour reception is available. The modern Villa Antivari has Spanish ceramic floors and is decorated with cherry-coloured furniture, creating a bright and elegant ambiance. All rooms are soundproofed and air-conditioned and they have private tiled bathrooms with hairdryers and toiletries. Guests can watch cable TV and unwind on the private balconies. Café Antivari serves a Mediterranean buffet breakfast including fruit salads, pastries and scrambled eggs. Regional wine and cheese tasting events are hosted by the Villa Antivari during summer. “Absolutely amazing staff, very comfortable stay”
I was very, very impressed! Explanation: by mistake I booked incorrect dates and I arrived a day earlier than my booking, after 10pm. However, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to find me a room that was the same rate as the one I booked and I didn't have to move rooms the next day! Overall I found the staff very kind and accommodating, they also booked a taxi to the airport for me. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with good bathroom and a lovely view from the balcony onto the sea. Location is very close to the beach and restaurants. Good parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice, offering something different every day. I would definitely stay there again!

Lovely place.This is second time we were staying at Villa Antivari.Super clean rooms freshly made breakfast with variety of homemade food.Free parking.Pebble beach ⛱️ located 2 mins 🚶♂️away.Would definitely come back and highly recommend to everyone.Thank you for your hospitality.

Welcoming host, swift check in and shown personally to our room. Nice and clean with views over the mountains to the rear of the property. Nice balcony with a couple of chairs and table. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. It would have been nice to have a kettle and couple of cups to make a drink. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of variety a real bonus! Parking on site for ease. Would love to return.

“Very pleasant stay and perfect breakfast!”
Perfect place for layover in Bar or on the way to Albania. Beach was just over the street and Bar city center is close too. Rooms were clean and breakfast was perfect! There is parking available for free at the hotel.

“Everything is nice and comfortable :)”
The breakfast was cool, you will find the cheese, ham, eggs, cereals, milk and one type of juice (I'm not sure that there is suitable for vegan). The personal were also kind and very welcome :) The room is usual, nothing fancy, but just for sleep and shower you will find anything you need (even small shampoos). Also we liked the closeness (5-10 min by foot) to the small beach! Thank you, we will definitely come back :)

Great location 2 mins walk from the beach.Very clean comfortable family run Villa.Private parking.Lady of the house is great cook.Great selection of tasty food made every morning for breakfast.Very kind people.10-15 mins walk from all Bar restaurants and other entertainments.Would definitely come again and recommend to everyone.Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect location, just by the sea, and the view was great. It's like 1min walk to the beach. Room was very clean and perfect for our needs, clean towels and hairdryer. Breakfast is served on a terrace with a view which was great, and the was exceptional, a lot of options and everything was so delicious. There was also a lot of fruits, orange juice and coffee. You won't regret if you come to Villa Antivari. We will definitely come again.

“Nice beach hotel”
The hotel is located within 100 metres of a beach that extends right up to the edge of Bar town centre, which is about a 30 minute walk away along a well paved promenade. It would be a 5 minute walk to the beach if not for the major, heavily trafficked road that runs between the two and requires a detour of 300 metres along the same road to get to the nearest pedestrian crossing. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and includes a variety of fresh fruit, breads, eggs etc.
