Located on the west side of Shenzhen Bao 'an International Airport, Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport is seamlessly connected to Gates 16 /18 of Shenzhen International Airport, just a 5-minute walk to and from the airport terminal, and easy access to downtown Shenzhen and Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center within 30 minutes. The 1-hour business circle can radiate to Hong Kong, Macau, Huizhou, Dongguan and other cities around Shenzhen, and the geographical position is very advantageous. The hotel has 3 restaurants: XIANGYUE, with a modern design, a new display of Guangfu culture charm and fisherman style, to provide guests with authentic Cantonese and Sichuan-Hunan cuisine, and carefully paired drinks. MARKET CAFE, a combination of Shenzhen's local diversified elements, brings together many eastern and western seasonal food, there are Italian steak area, barbecue area, seafood area, dessert and beverage area, providing international flavor buffet breakfast and dinner. Very comfortable room, had the best night sleep. Amazing buffet and just a 3 min walk from the arrivals. Staff were very helpful and courteous. And the breakfast was a culinary experience - amazing!

“Excellent hotel for easy airport access”
Great location (easy to walk to from the airport, with clear signs to navigate). Staff helped us check-in at 12:30am with no issues. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Outstanding breakfast buffet with lots of Western and Chinese dishes.

“Fantastic Hotel for airport stop over”
Amazing hotel with fantastic rooms. big floor to ceiling windows looking out. Including in the bathroom where you can have a bath looking out which is amazing. Luxury furnishing and very spacious rooms.

Lovely room, very helpful staff. I am a wheelchair user, and the staff took both my and my fathers cases from the airport terminal to the hotel on arrival and departure. They also looked after my third wheelchair battery for 14 days, when shenzen airlines said they would not take it on board.

The room was so big and the shower was so amazing! I can start telling you about the breakfast, which was just out of this world. Super amazing hotel, 5 min walk from the airport, with the pool, gym and the garden right inside the building. Just amazing

“A five-star hotel should provide five-star service.”
The room decor is very comfortable, and the hotel is very close to the domestic airport, so there’s no need to wake up too early to catch a flight. Additionally, I had arranged in advance for Guangdong Pharmacy to mail a parcel to me. The hotel front desk helped store the package for me, which I found very convenient. Thank you.

Easily accessible on foot from Shenzhen airport terminal 3, close to a shopping mall and a subway station, which allows reaching Shenzhen center within 30 nimutes. Excellent room, spacious and comfortable.
