Conveniently located and easy to find from gate 14, clean, good variety of breakfast to choose from, heated pool, well equipped gym, new facilities, soft sheets, supportive mattress, fridge and kettle. It is well sound-proofed from the airport and road with a good double set of black out blinds, so is a near perfect refuge to recover from a long journey.

Conveniently located within Shenzhen airport which is great for travellers to catch some much needed rest after a red eye flight. Check in was easy and staff were helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and beds are comfy. Highly recommended!

Great location for late arrivals or departures. Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast seems very good but we weren’t able to enjoy because our flight was very early.

Staff were kind and helpful. There weren't any vegan options at on-site restaurants but some of the breakfast options seemed ok for vegans. Location very easy for flights and layovers. No swimming pool in use despite advertised.

Hotel is in the airport great for long layovers. Lovely clean spacious and quiet room to relax after a long flight. Recovered my coat left in the hotel and kept it safely for 2 weeks. Great breakfast.
