The hotel is in terminal 2 which is amazing! The hotel itself and the facilities are excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely clean rooms, nice hotel, good location for what I needed. Temperature a bit mixed in various areas of the hotel. Poor breakfast - nice fruit but "hot food" struggled to even be warm - cold plates and aircon didnt help despite being under heat lamps its was still slightly warm at best - booked B&B but only had breakfast one morning. Food looked like it had been there a while despite being busy. Mixed info when querying with staff - airprt shuttle, inbound you can only pay with wechat - didnt have. Outbound courtesy bus - told book 24h before, tried ot, told to book when I check out. Mini Bar empty - had to request items to be put in and charged at that point regardless. Tried ot pay cash at the bar.. puzzled looks all round. Ordered a veggie sandwich. Chips arrived nice and hot with kethcup. sandwich took another 20 minutes ot arrive by whihc time the remainder of the chips were cold- it was nice though to be fair. All aside would definately stay again

When booking the hotel, I carefully read the information about their pick up service since that was one of the key reasons we booked the hotel. As was recommended we asked an airport information center worker to call the hotel to send a taxi for us. The hotel manager said it was impossible since we did not have a Chinese phone number, so we were told to take the taxi on our own and they will reimburse us upon arrival. It was very disappointing especially cause we were given a different information after booking the hotel. So be prepared that you may need to get the taxi to the hotel on your own. Once we arrived we were met by two hotel managers who settled the taxi payment for us, opened doors, took our luggage from the taxi and escorted us to our room. The hotel is close to the airport, just a 5-10 minutes ride. The room was very spacious with a beautiful mountain view and huge windows. Breakfast is great with a lot of different dishes, definitely worth it. A nice free chocolate chip cookie upon check-in.
