“My room was given away to others, even it was secured with credit card details.”
My room was rent to other clients. When I arrived to hotel about 11:30PM, the receptionist admitted with disarming honesty room was rent to other clients and there were NO any other room available, due to my late arrival. What's more important, booking.com / hotel had my credit card provided, so could charge it and keep room for me. It's hard to express how unprofessional it was. In hotel industry, such situation is ruining hotel brand reputation and trust to it.

“New, comfortable bed, well designed, clean and not too far from the airport.”
The room was really well designed when everything needed. The bed was super comfortable with a heavy duvet so you slept amazingly. It was a new hotel and I think they might have forgot the refridegartor in the room. But it was a great room anyway.
