Overview
Situated conveniently in Banyuwedang and near Pemuteran, in the quiet and natural setting of rural Bali, Batu Ampar Menjangan boasts a semi-saline outdoor pool with deep end and shallow end for children; lush tropical gardens and soft lawns , and Solar power. Guests can go snorkelling and diving at Balis first Marine Reserve - Menjangan Island , or indulge on other local activities such as the Blue Fire at Kawa Ijen, or experience our local Village Bicycle tour, to meet the locals. All rooms at this property have a large bedroom; many have an en suite semi-outdoor bathroom, and streaming services (Netflix, Youtube etc). All rooms have a large terrace with seating and a garden. The popular restaurant, called Kejora, is open from 7.30 until 10pm with great a selection of international, asian and Indonesian specialities from Burgers, Hotdogs, Grilled fish, Thai Curries, Indonesian rice dishes etc. Great coffee selection and carefully chose Music add to the atmosphere. There is a poolside bar complete with lounge chairs and beanbags for you to relax. Guests can enjoy daily breakfast of Asian and European dishes at the on-site restaurant. The resort also offers car hire and bicycle tour around the village with additional charges. Guests can opt for snorkelling or diving at Menjangan for a charge. Canoeing is also available. In-room massage is available with advance booking and at a charge. It is 1 km to the white sandy beach Pasir Putih. The property is a 5-minute walk from Banyuwedang Harbour, that connects to Menjangan Island. With optional local guide, guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including visiting mangrove forests, trekking in the national park, climbing Mount Ijen. The Rooms have private access and are situated around the public Gardens and Pool, We use 100% SOLAR ENERGY, and we recycle 100% of our waste water with an organic waste water system

Staff were excellent welcoming and helpful.Property and facilities are good and accommodation comfortable at a reasonable price. Restaurant on sites was excellent cat e ring for western taste as well as local food.

“Beautiful small hotel with the best staff!”
The whole hotel was spotless, facilities great and comfortable rooms. Staff from the Manager to the garden staff were kind,friendly and efficient. The restaurant had a vast selection and great prices

Everything. Pool and pool area was great the pictures don't do justice to size of pool. Very clean and deep. Gardens were lovely and relaxing. There is aroof top area which didn't use as it was so hot. Rooms were comfortable with air con and tea/coffee/kettle. Spacious shower room with hot water. Really friendly owner. We ate there 3 nights as without a car you are very limited. Food was good and very reasonably priced. The whole place has been decorated very well.

“Ok for price”
It's near to the beach, rooms are Ok. Food was average, not great. Pool is nice you can swim with frogs. Can get a lot of mosquitoes in the area.

Amazing facilities, great staff and lovely vibes. Also great value for money. I really enjoyed the food, espresso coffee is amazing (Italian standards) and they helped organise a nice snorkeling trip to Menjangan at fair price. Would def go back!
