“Amazing staff, never met such friendly people”

Amazing staff, super nice place. It’s big and open, super comfortable and the rooms were an amazing temperature.

so cheap for what you get. everything is super clean and beautiful, the hostel has a lot of facilities (lockers, kitchen, water tank, towl & shower products...). the beds are comfy and private (you litteraly have a little room). the staff is so kind, similing all the time and generous (offers free tea/coffe...), they inform you about all transports/attraction/ (cheap hike), they keep in touch on whatsapp. they have a good laundry service aswell

“Quite place”

The staff, especially Becky, Viola, Reny, and Venus, were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Their support really made a difference. The place is clean, and relaxing, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. I highly recommend this hostel if you’re passing through Banyuwangi

The staff here was amazing, before checking in, they messaged me for the location and asked for expected arrival time. As I arrived really late (2.30am), the bed was already provided with name and they’re willing to checked me in in the morning. Had issues with AC at night and they resolve it straight away.

Venus is the best!! Super helpful and just great fun too. The hostel is beautiful, both Snooze Banyuwangi and Malang have nicest hostel bed I’ve ever stayed on!! The tours they arrange are great, I stayed at Snooze malang and they used the same company for Bromo and Tumpak Sewu. The company is awesome, they always get you there first and the guides are lovely.

“Exceptional hostel”

This is hostel is one of the best I've ever stayed in! The shared spaces, the bathrooms and the room are so clean and comfortable, it really makes you feel at home. The staff is incredible too, attentive to every detail, super nice and friendly and so helpful! Would recommend to everyone!!

Everything! The staff was lovely and always so helpful:) Always clean! Rooms and bunks super spacious! The kitchen (very well equipped with everything you need) and common area really made it feel like home :) Very easy to arrange tours to Ijen and transfers to other cities! Highly recommend!

One of the nicest Hostels i‘ve stayed at so far. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. All the ladies running this place are phenomenal and create an incredible atmosphere. The rooms are very well designed with a lot of personal space. Everything is super well maintained and clean. The smell throughout the house is amazing due to the incense they use. Great relaxing place.

“Perfect rest for 1/2 nights”

Great place for 1-2 nights, especially if you are doing Ijen and need a rest before/after. Free water, coffe, tea and some other drinks to buy.

The beds are not just pods but have an enclosed area for you to get ready. This was the most spacious and well thought through design for a hostel I’ve ever seen. There is a comfortable communal area. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

“Felt like home”

It was gorgeous, clean and in a super nice area. The staff is the kindest, they also have free coffee and tea and they let me take a shower and hang out before checking in. One of the highlights of my trip, I met some amazing people.❤️ I would stay again anytime!

The staff is amazing, the dorms are maybe the best have seen so far, the place is peaceful and you have enough space to rest.
