“Comfortable option when in-transit to Bali!”
Nice hotel when in-transit to Bali, rooms are comfortable and the pool is nice. Breakfast better then expected and my children loved the fluffy donuts (according to them best breakfast snack from our entire trip :-)

Comfortable hotel, relatively good breakfast. Banyuwangi has a great potential to become a better tourist location, since there is much more to see than just Ijen.

Perfect location to climb Ijen and then take a ferry to Bali. A plentiful and varied buffet breakfast.

“Nice family hotel perfect to end our week in Banyuwangi.”
We were party of 3, my husband and my 24 yo son staying in Deluxe King Room with extra bed. We like that the room is spacious and it has the amenities we expected. The room has the balcony which we could open to let the fresh air runs. I liked it that it has decent swimming pool which I used it every day during our 3 days/2 nights there. The bed was comfortable, water pressure and water heater were fine, overall we had nice stay in the hotel. Hotel also located in the city center, allowed us to travel to some restaurants and shopping place. The staffs were also extremely helpful and friendly.

“Disappointing”
The wifi didn't work. The shower was broken. The steak was no real steak. Basically a,scam. There was no alcohol, only beer. After I ordered 2 beers they run out of beer. Ridiculous

“Very nice hotel”
The room was nice, with a fantastic view of Gunung Ijen in the early morning. The swimming pool was very good. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good.

Location and rooms were great. Recently renovated and well presented. As a young family it was good the restaurant was next to the pool so kids could play while others ate. Hotel has supplied a few water toys and a play area so this was also appreciated
