“Delightful comfortable villa in stunning location”
A beautiful villa overlooking Banyuls-sur-mer. A stupendous view of the Mediterranean from the open plan first floor living area with panoramic window and terrace accessible through high quality patio doors and ventilated roller blinds. Plenty of space to relax. Well-equipped modern kitchen with extensive worktop and dining table. Large modern fridge-freezer. Living area tastefully decorated throughout with comfortable, quality furnishings, and a beautiful parquet floor. Air conditioning unit kept kitchen and rear living area cool even in hot weather. Outside BBQ and dining area at rear of premises with enclosed garden.
