“The rooms and theme park need to improved.”
The cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs to be improved, the towels smell bad, the pillows need to be changed, got cockroaches.

“Poor property being maintained and managed.”
Major problem issue :- 1. Door lock to open the door was difficult 2. Toilet has no water, upon complaint response revert was very slow. 3. Nearly Electrocuted in jacuzzi bath tub causing electricity pcb board trip. 4. Poorly maintenance property while not updating the current poor condition. Still using the old picture in good condition. 5. TV is poorly maintained, can't use the TV. Even the TV remote is not working with battery is not being replaced. 6. Checkout after 1 hour stay, fear off being electrocuted again in property
