“Our favorite accommodation!”

The best accommodation that we stayed in while in the Philippines. Firstly Angelo and his wife were the most amazing hosts, very attentive and friendly, and helped us with many things. Angelo was very happy to help us make arrangements and provide us with information. The room itself was very spacious, we had 2 beds and still lots of room. The beds were comfortable. The accommodation was also exceptionally clean. The location is away from noisy streets, although it is recommended to rent a scooter if you can to get around this island and to be able to quickly access shops and restaurants. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would stay here again.

The best ever i had in the Philippines. Seriously.

Angelo was a great host. On the first day after arriving, he took me out on the motorbikes and showed me all the best restaurants and bars in town. The accommodation was very comfortable and the beds and pillows were so comfy. If you stay here you will need a motorbike though, so bear this in mind. All in all I highly recommend this property.

Quiet, serene place.a little out of the way to find but well worth it.

Very nice house with lots o flowers and plants gave you feel lik in Italy. Pretty big room, well equipped. Nice shower,clean,good bed, quiet place. U Can rent a motorbike. Owner is maximally helpful.

“Nice place on a beautiful island”

Angelo, the host, is friendly and helpful. Very available on Whatsapp and that is a big help in such a remote location. The place has fast wifi and considering the remoteness, it is quite comfortable. The room is frequently made up with new water, it felt safe.

We had a lovely stay at Orchidia House. Angelo’s property is beautiful and well-kept and our room was spacious. Angelo is very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed (e.g. meeting us at the port, calling us tricycles, sharing ferry times). We would definitely stay here again. “Can't think of a better place to stay and explore Bantayan Island!”

I had high expectations from the reviews here but indeed Orchidia house turned out to the perfect place to stay. The owner Angelo is super friendly and helpful whenever we had a little problem. I really liked that the rooms are very spacious, and the AC was nicely quiet. I also loved the little terrace (just as green and beautiful as on the pictures) with our own kitchenette nearby, and as a smoker, I was happy to be able to just go outside and have a cigarette. Angelo also supplied us with two free bottles of water per day which of course is greatly appreciated, and he organized a scooter at a good price so we could explore Bantayan Island at leisure, and at a great price too. We stayed here for two weeks and I was sad to leave, it felt like home.

We had an excellent stay at Orchidia! From the moment we arrived, Angelo contacted us so he can arrange a transportation from the port, making sure we arrive at the house safely. We came to the island with no planned itinerary, but Angelo went above and beyond by helping us decide which places were worth visiting. His recommendations were spot-on, and his hospitality made us feel like we were staying with family. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was also convenient, allowing us to explore the beauty of Bantayan with ease. If you're looking for a place to stay on the island, I highly recommend Orchidia house.

“Enjoy nature, considerate service”

Angelo is a very friendly and enthusiastic host. He picked us up at the port on the day we arrived in Bantayan and arranged a tuk-tuk transfer. As soon as I arrived at Orchidia, I was attracted by the beautiful garden scenery and beautiful pictures, all of which were created by Angelo and his wife. They are really thoughtful! The facilities in the room and the kitchen outside are very complete. The equipment includes: hot water, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, table and chairs, wardrobe, pots and pans. The considerate housekeeping every day makes people feel very clean and comfortable. If necessary, Agelo can also help rent a car. He even enthusiastically took us to the beach and introduced what other attractions we can visit on the island. Thank you very much! Highly recommended to everyone!

Very friendly owner, helped us to get transport in the early morning. Free water and cheap motorbike rental. Aircon is super quiet, one doesn't hear it at all. Bed is very comfy

“Best guesthouse of a two moths trip”

Rooms are very clean and spacious, bed very comfy. Angelo is a great and fun guy who made my stay memorable, look no further and book Orchidia!

My wife and me looked for a quite place during Christmas and New Year. The whole stay exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful stay. About the apartment: it's an oasis. Absolutely clean, cozy and modern. Angelo itself made the stay completely welcoming, always cared of us, helped with every question, and was totally funny. He definitely knows how to do service. As there are just 2 rooms to rent, you always feel like coming back to your little home after a day at beach, Island hopping or just exploring Bantayan. As my wife and me were already on world trip for 8 months before the stay on Bantayan, Angelo is the one who deserves a 10/10 without any doubt! Super time, and always again!

The room is VERY VERY VERY clean. Everything in it is very well thought of. Like... You have everything you need. The right number of towels and blankets. Enough pillows. AC is working perfectly. Nice beds. Very clean comfort room. There's a small table outside the room where we can eat and the kitchen is very useful to us. Because of our limited time in Bantayan Island we just opt to buy food and eat in the Airbnb. Plates pots, pans, utensils, stove, etc. Are provided. There's a smoking area outside the room. It's relaxing to sit by the small garden. Fast WIFI. There's a small fridge. Tv with lots of channels. This room is inside a private subdivision. So we need to travel by tricycle to get to it which is okay because that's what we use for the island tour anyway. Angelo introduced us to our driver. It's very affordable to those traveling on a budget because beach front accommodations are really expensive. 5 STARS +++++ We're very comfortable during our stay. Place was sparkling clean. Room, kitchen was well equipped and they were like new, not like other place I have visited it looked little worn out. A lot of privacy even even host were in the same house. Rooms spacious. walking distance to MJ square & few minutes drive from port. Host very friendly and willing to help, even offered to pick up from the port.

we feel like part of family of the Italian owner Angelo. very friendly and super service. the house and rooms western style and very clean, everything working perfect. no noise from neighbors, very relaxing location. Angelo and his wife Amanda invited us for dinner, they cooked us chicken and pork curry, very delicious. Angelo mixed me some Gin Tonic, great. Salamat, thank you for everything. we will come again next year
