It's very clean and the owner marilou is very approachable. Restaurants is near also. And the Kitchen utensils is complete. I love staying here and we will be back soon.

“Lovely stay”

Great place to stay as a solo traveller. Loved they have a communal kitchen. Little touches like having a bathroom kit in your room. Also loved the ice in the freezer. Quiet street. Lovely young girl to greet you with a happy face. Walking distance to restaurants try Thai Poon if you like Thai food.

The location, the simplicity of using the kitchen

The guesthouse is located in a quiet place but close to the beach. It is clean and has a yard where you can have a barbecue, a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room where you can wash your clothes, and the always nice staff, Mrs. Linda, is helpful, smiling, polite and takes care of her guests.

No cockroaches, no spiders, big room with AC, clean and in good technical condition. Very high standard hotel for philippines compared to the others. Good Value. Plus you have shared kitchen where you can cook. Free drinking water. Perfect!

The room was clean and comfortable and quite spacious. You have a kitchen in case you need to cook and drinkable normal/hot water. There was also a washing machine available. The room had a little front terrace with table chairs and sitting bank in their garden area The place is also very quiet.i highly recommend its good value for money

staff were soo smiley and nice, the room was clean, AC worked great, they clean your room upon request, laundry service available as well, the shower was great(albeit not warm but who needs that), wifi was working and pretty fast thank you so much you guys made my bentayan island experience amazing

The accomodation is very clean and spacious, including a table and little shelf. No mould or mouldy smell. Towels, soap and toilet paper were provided. Because of it's location, it is not too noisy as well. The bed is comfortable, the AC working perfectly and without beeing noisy. The cute terrace is perfect for a breakfast. The kitchen and laundry machine can be used as well. One of the best guesthouses I've had in the Philippines.

This was the best accommodation I've found in Philippines. The owners are a lovely people, they helped us with everything. They change towels every day and they take care of your stuff, for example I washed my clothes after the beach and I have left them hanging outside to dry out. During night they found it was raining, so they brought our clothes under the roof in order to let them not being wet again. I truly recommend this apartment.
