Overview
A heated swimming pool and spa facilities can be enjoyed in a lush natural environment 15 km from Baños bus terminal. Spa Hosteria Miramelindo is 150 metres from Pailon Devil Cascade and a 20-minute drive from Tungurahua volcano and Llanganates and Sangay national parks. Rooms are styled with colourful regional décor and equipped with flat-screen TVs and DVD players. All rooms have private bathrooms with free toiletries, showers and hot water. A full buffet breakfast with tropical fruits is served daily and Miramelindo Restaurant offers regional flavours. There is a large orchard garden and Wi-Fi is free. Shuttles to Cotopaxi International Airport can be arranged for a fee and there is free private parking on site.

“Only place to stay in Banos”
We had 3 nights here and it was our favourite of all the hotels we’ve stayed in Ecuador. Beautiful hotel, close to all the facilities in Rio Verde, fantastic restaurant and wonderful manager and staff who were super helpful and made us so welcome. Best breakfasts!

Absolutely everything As you enter it has a display of fruit, there is a resident artist so art is everywhere. Even the footpath outside is in mosaic. Our room is divine and it has pools and day spa services. In the middle of the complex is a garden which is full of insensitive s for the birds to visit. It offers a spa service and has an exceptional restaurant . It is a must do! Is situated close to the magnificent Cascade El Pailón.

We had a wonderful stay in Baños, and our experience was made extra special thanks to Francisco and the team. From the moment we arrived, they guided us with care and made sure we felt at home. The hotel itself is amazing — the warm pool with hot water was perfect after a long day exploring, and the sauna and spa facilities made it even more relaxing. The restaurant served excellent food, and the WiFi was strong and reliable throughout our stay. What stood out most was how family-friendly the place is. We were traveling with our 3-year-old, and the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming with him. That really made a big difference for us. Francisco deserves a special mention for his hospitality — he truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and grateful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baños!

“Unique place - a must to visit”
Great place, totally unique, boutique hotel with paintings and plants everywhere. Spotless room with fireplace. It was a blast. I also used SPA for massage, very relaxing Very helpful staff and great food. Highly recommended.

“Artistic dream”
We loved our stay at this stunning and creatively designed hotel. Every corner was full of artistic charm, and the atmosphere was truly inspiring. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended.

“Very enjoyable”
Very nice with quirky decor. The restaurant is always busy and serves excellent food. The waterfalls are very close by and well worth a visit. Very enjoyable stay.

“An arty lovely place to stay within walking distance of the Diablo waterfall”
The owners were incredibly friendly, spoke great English, and the food was really fresh and tasty. Wonderful art was everywhere! I loved the hammock in our room (and a fireplace was ther too but we didn't use it). The in-massage I received at their in-house spa was phenomenal. The place is outside of Banos, in a tiny village. It is an easy walk to the gorgeous Diablo waterfall and the village doesn't feel as touristy as Banos itself. There is a river running outside of the hotel, which was lovely to fall asleep to.

“Nice spot to relax in a quiet area nearby Baños”
A very nice hotel in a quiet area that is easily reachable by public transport. We came from Puyo and the (public) bus dropped us off in front of the hotel (parada 'Rio Verde). We loved the spa facilities the hotel offers, very welcome after a nice hike to the waterfall nearby. The breakfast was good and the hotel also has a restaurant for other meals and snacks. We loved the details and the garden. Also the staff is very friendly. Great spot before entering the busy town of Baños!

Amazing hotel in a very special design, The owner of the hotel and his wife, personally helped us. the restaurant, breakfast, and dinner were excellent, especially the Tzimtsuri. The view from the room was to the river excellent view. strongly recommends coming to the hotel
