Very nice hotel with a wonderful waterfall next door. Balcony is nice. Reception area is nice too.

“Best in city hotel in Banos, within walking distance to de la Virgen waterfall and warm water bath.”
nice breakfast, spacious room, we got a room with direct view to the waterfall - superb room view, 5 stars, good staffs, nice indoor whirlpool, location within walking distance to de la Virgen waterfall and warm water bath.

“Would not return to this hotel due to the size of accommodation as there are many more lovely places to stay in Baños”
The main part of the hotel was very nice, location very good, staff and food wonderful. But! Our accommodation in the cabin style rooms was not good at all, way too small with nowhere to sit except the bed!

“What we wanted for the time we were there.”
The foot was excellent and presentation was good. The hotel was right by the hot pools and the towns waterfall. Easy walking to everything/

“Great staff, location and hotel”
My family and I had a last minute emergency that prevented our travel as planned. Sangay went above and beyond to help us arrange our plans to accommodate and navigate said emergency in the best way possible. Thank you, Sangay!

Location of property close to town centre. Spa facilities were acceptable. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Breakfast was decent.
