They do not post a picture or provide any information about how complicated is the entrance to the hostel. Difficult to access if you're in a small car or walking. Definitely not suitable if you plan to go out at night (walking).

“Magical place to stay in Baños”
The location is magic. It’s so close to the city center yet so calm, far from the noise There are beautiful views on the canyon. We enjoyed the pools and hamakas very much. Staff was very nice.

I reserved my room in advance, only to be told on arrival there were no rooms available. This is totally unacceptable. It doesn't take much for them to email beforehand to let me know whats going on. I was scammed. It was a holiday weekend and they clearly resold the room to maximise their profits. They are not to be trusted.
