Very nice lady who gave us the best room, fortunately there were few guests at the hotel. The best huevos rancheros ever 😁 for breakfast. Amazing view to the main waterfall and the small one. Rustic room with chemini ( not for use ) just decoration. Nice quiet area close to everything.

“Great stay in Banos!”

The hotel is located in a quiet street close to the Termas. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is amazing. Yo ucan choose from various different items. There is also a restaurant on side. The owners are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when back in Banos.

“Great hotel”

It’s such a great place, it’s so clean and well decorated and great location next to the waterfall and away from noisy centre. Staff it’s very nice people and breakfast is amazing. There are two very cute dogs.

Amazing breakfast! Beds felt brand new, staff was very nice and helpful. Interior garden is absolutely beautiful and nicely decorated. Nice view of the mountains and waterfall. We loved our stay!

This is a quaint little hotel in a good location run by super nice people. We had breakfast and supper there, and both were very tasty. I would definitely stay there again.

Really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hosts were very accomodating and organised a hire bike for me, laundry service and some very timely travel advice. Really liked the fact that they had filtered drinking water available. Breakfasts were tasty and very substantial.

“Great hotel in Baños”

Really pretty hotel, I loved the decor, the peace and quiet and the proximity to the thermal baths. Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, breakfasts were large and tasty, bed was super comfortable and shower had hot water and good pressure. Being able to book activities through reception was great as it didn't cost any extra, I avoided the hustle of the tour offices in town, and they included pickup from the hotel.

“A good choice in Banos”

The breakfast was excellent and the ladies who cooked/served breakfast were really lovely. We loved the resident dogs, they were so cute! The gardens and buildings were so lovely, very picturesque. Location was good, close enough to everything but away from the busy centre. The room was nicely decorated.

The staff and the owners were super friendly, kind and very useful for anything we needed Breakfast was really really good 👍 The hotel was decorated with real artists paintings and sculptures.

“Excellent apartment, sensational views, amazing host.”

Amazing view over the old city, Equador is not the easisit city to walk around due to the elevation and steep roads, but with some careful planning we found the apartment to be in a great location for accessibility to the major attractions.

Loved this place to stay at. Colorful with lots to see inside. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good & fresh. Karl is a relaxed guy and gave us some good tips for tours etc.. We did the zip-lining which was the best company he advised. We felt very secure ! We had good bikes for our 'Rutas de las Cascadas' and the publique termas (a must try) is around the corner. So thank you Karl for all.

“Fabulous termales just when my back needed that water!”

Excellent breakfast- very filling. The best part was that it’s at the end of town, near the falls and very near the termales. One can just walk on over very easily and jump right into that wonderful water. Also, despite what one has been hearing about the security in Ecuador lately, there wasn’t even a hint of any of that. The town felt very safe and easy to walk around in the evening.

What not to like? The place is beautiful and well maintained, the rooms equally pretty and cozy (and what about the view from the ones facing the street and thus waterfall!), the entire staff is the best, the garden and outdoor seating area is very nice and colourful, the dogs are cute, the bed was good, the breakfast very satisfying etcetera etcetera!
