“A comfortable haven”
Excellent location with a view of great waterfalls. The staff were extremely helpful and vey nice. Breakfast was excellent, very clean comfortable rooms.

“Very good hotel in Baños”
Great hotel located at the edge of Baños, tastefully decorated. View on the waterfall from the rooftop. Beautiful large room, great bed, good shower. Very friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast. Closed parking lot located very near the hotel.

“Fantastic!!”
Wow! What a SENSATIONAL hotel 😍! We travelled for month and this was one of the very best and our favourites. The staff are incredibly welcoming, super helpful and really look after you well. The rooms are very nice, the hot tubs are amazing, very modern and extremely clean. Breakfast each morning had everything you could want and was so well done!

“Magical - best hotel!!”
Our stay was simply perfect. They were so kind and polite and helpful and the room was so comfortable. The bed was great. It was super modern and clean and the view was absolutely fantastic. It was the best hotel we stayed in in Ecuador.

“Excellent. Cozy and a homely feel”
All doors are painted individually by the owner and makes this place cozy and gives it a homely feeling. Our room (#11) is probably the best at this hotel - large, a nice view to the waterfall and direct access to the roof top terrace. The staff is fantastic. Always smiling and they make a great breakfast for you. You meet the family and their dogs behind this great place. Location is ok convenient with only 700 meters walk to downtown, loaded with nice cafes and restaurants. And the bus to/from Quitos takes 3-4 hours.

“Great location with lovely staff and facilities”
Good facilities next to the waterfall and baths. Shared roof terrace a lovely spot for a beer at night looking directly at the waterfall. Staff very friendly and helpful.

“Great hotel in Banos”
Fantastic hotel located at the edge of town with great view of waterfall from our room. They made a special treat of chocolates and red petals on the bed for Valentine's Day. Great breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff

“Cosy hotel”
It has a personality, love the art work around. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was so good! Also our room was facing the waterfall. So cool! Stuff friendly and helpful.
