“Great place with stunning view and excellent service”

The staff were so helpful and very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens overlooking mountains with rabbits, ducks and chickens running freely. We also had complimentary use of the Turkish bath and sauna. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, about 15 minutes walk to the centre. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet with excellent security. We even extended our stay!!

The room was super clean and the staff really nice! We could leave our luggage after checkout and pick them later before catching a bus. The place is really peaceful.

The place is amazing! Full of nature and really clean. The staff was really kind and the facilities were so beautiful. Is the perfect place if u want to visit Baños by yourself or with friends and family

Amazing garden and Animals in IT. Rabbits where jumping there and there was a place to make a fire outside. The view was also really great 💝 Staff was always helpfull. And there are two adorable puppies loving to Play.

“More of a retreat set in lovely, unique and peaceful surroundings”

The exceptional features of this property are the enormous grounds and gardens in which the hotel is set. The hotel being outside the centre means there is a good 15 min stroll to reach it. But the rewards for being here are really worth it. In the grounds there are lemon and mandarine groves, some exotic palms and beautiful flowering bushes. Hopping, bounding, pecking away around the vast terraces are bunnies, chickens, cockerels , ducks and even two tethered sheep. Two young dogs vye for your attention. Everything is overlooked, supervised and personally attended to by the tireless and diligent Robert. Rooms are very clean. They are are not over furnished but contain your essentials, are comfortable, and I had three excellent nights sleep. Breakfast costs an additional $3.50 but I went out and found a more than adequate breakfast with coffee. I have to add that this was for me a welcome place to rest, seek tranquility after weeks of dashing around, doing activity after activity during my three month trip. I swayed myself gently in a hammock at the bottom of the massive garden and listened to music. I watched the sun set behind the most beautiful cloud formations over the mountains.

The staff is super friendly and always made sure that we are happy and safe, he even took us with him in his car. Our room was very nice and the hotel is a very big and safe place. It was nice having a walk in the garden and seeing the rabbits and chicken running around. It is a bit far from the centre, but just a 20 min walk or 5 min drive with the taxi. For us that wasn't a problem and we loved not beeing in the busy centre of Baños. We felt at peace here :)

This is a comfortabele and clean hotel.The owner is kind. He brings you for free to the town which is a bit too far to walk. taxi back will Cost you 1,5 a 2 dollar for tourists. location is quiet with nice garden.

The location was nice and quiet, there were nice little peaceful farm animals around and kids can pay with them. The staff was nice and really helpful. Big parking lot that also works as a playing field. The owner was really kind as well.
