The rooms did not have heaters. This made it very uncomfortable. The AC did not work well and middle of the night we had to go outside and do hard reset. Initially we saw a picture which reflected that this apartment balcony view was a mall which made us book and when we arrived there was no Mall view seen. We found this misleading
