“Back in Bankstown”
Room and location were good. Dining options are excellent. I have been coming here for a number of years but one of the elevators was out of service again. This happened on my last stay and for such a busy hotel, this creates an issue. Hopefully they will get a permanent fix.

The location of the room was next to the elevator and the room was not sound proof. A very disrupted nights sleep.

Nice clean room. Had a sofa bed lounge. Staff were nice. Location above sports club really ideal. Free parking insecure area. Have stayed now twice.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Plenty on good on-site cafes & restaurants with variety of cuisines & prices. Handy for city. Good price. Wednesday quiz night in The Basement Brewery was great fun. Free membership to Bankstown Sports club.
