“My whole body is tired and I haven't rested at all, and I was shocked by this; I didn't expect what happened.”
The bathroom is filthy and infested with spiders and cockroaches. The mattresses are broken, uncomfortable, and dirty, and have a bad odor. They don't answer our calls or emails; their response time is slow, and they don't care about their customers.

toilet doesn’t flush, sheets had yellow stains, bathroom flooring very floor peeling from water leakage, mould in the room ceiling

paid for our room 2 weeks in advance When we turned up they had no record of our booking they weren't ready for us I had to provide proof of payment Out dated rock hard beds No spare blankets or pillows
