They are not cleaning room on daily basis, they are not providing basis amenities like water bottle, to prepare tea, coffee they are not providing cattle also, if you ask they will say need to pay amount what is this ???I didn't understand what facilities they had given even the cost of leaving in this hotel is too expensive compare to other hotel in banjul

“A fine place to stay.”
Very amenable staff. The food is very good and reasonable. Hotel very close to Banjul airport and they offer a free shuttle. We were easily able to extend our stay owing to lost luggage.

“Good for what I needed at the time. Wouldn’t stay again.”
Free airport pick up was the only reason I picked this hotel. I needed one night with free WiFi close to the airport and this fit the bill.

“Good”
Good for 1 night stopover from or to the airport. Shuttle service included in the price (the pickup or dropoff times have to be arranged in advance). Also good for having a meal in the restaurant. Wouldn't recommend it for a longer holiday though. Too far from the beach and swimming pool is suitable just for kids. Staff was nice. On the negative side - WiFi was not available. So in case sb is travelling for business, they should have a backup solution.

“All good except one thing..”
A driver from the hotel kindly picked me up from the airport free of charge and even though my late night flight was delayed and didn't land until 0130 hours! The staff were pleasant and the compact room was sufficient for a quick stopover. It was clean, beset by short power cuts and the water didn't work for a while but I wouldn't hold the hotel responsible for all that. This hotel was perfect if you want accommodation very near to the airport and the ambience and decor of the hotel was pleasant.

i saw a rat during the check-in ! the schutlle was ok, the room is confortable and quite clean when you come at 3h am, difficult to have a quickly personn for the check-in -

Pleasant hotel. Staff were helpful. Clean basic room, bathroom could be better cleaned, but it wasn't bad. Location suitable for late or early flights because it's close to the airport. Otherwise, at least 30 minutes by car to any attraction such as the beaches.
