“Modern apartment with great sea-view and very nice host”
The apartment was amazing, it was clean modern with insanely great view from terrace. Kitchen was well equipped with great amenities as coffee machine, microwave and etc. Rooms were big with nice beds. Parking in garage was nice plus. Velimir is a great host who is helpful, kind and really appreciate his guests. We felt very welcomed by him and only be thankful to him.

Spotlessly clean, modern and well-equipped apartment. Beautiful view over the bay. Three swimming pools. Great host; proactive with local tips, responsive to any queries, and helpful - even came to find us when Google couldn't find the address. We would happily rent this apartment again.

“One of the best experiences ever.”
One of the best locations we’ve ever stayed at! Velimir was incredibly communicative and thoughtful — he guided us all the way until our arrival, and continued to offer helpful suggestions on places to visit and eat throughout our stay. The fridge was generously stocked with beer, wine, Prosecco, juice, and even local cake and coffee — such a welcoming touch. No need to pack beach towels, as everything was already provided. The swimming pool was a real highlight: beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and felt truly comfortable. To top it all off, Velimir surprised us with a lovely farewell gift — a gesture we deeply appreciated.

The owner is a very good and helpful host. He gave us many useful information about town. Localization has a beautiful view. The best place for people who are looking for a quiet place to relax.

“Amazing stay in Croazia”
Velimir was a most gracious host, he gave us lots of information and brochures about the area. His place is in an excellent location and beautiful new building. Definitely plan to return again. I wish every place we stay in was like this.
