The hotel is nice, clean and has cosy spa. Parking is free and location is super if you don't want to be located in inner city center.

There are two saunas, nice relaxing music was played there. Room was ok, comfy bed and sheets were clean.

The staff spoke perfect English, the room was spacious and the breakfast was amazing. A wild selection of delicious food. Nice location and lot of parking space. The pool is nice, filled with salt water and the temperature is just right. Has 3 different saunas, a relax room and whirlpool as well. The girls at the reception were kind, hospitable and helpful.

The hotel is very nice, clean, has a nice spa and pool to relax and a good Italian restaurant. You have all you need at the same place. Rooms are spacious, very nicely done. The locality was great for us as 15 min walk from the bus station for our further travel, city centrum for longer but fine walk, city bus available. Staff very helpful and friendly, called the bus station to check the tickets for us. Big shopping mall across the street and nice restaurants around.

The Spa Jola is located on outskirts of Banja Luka, with funny Turkish name Budzak, meaning well hidden corner, but that corner is very close to the main bus station as well to the concert room Kozara, where I attend international children folk festival, closure. The SPA is fantastic and versatile ( with pool , Jacuzzi, 3 types of sauna. Room was cool with good air conditioning, nice fridge with drinks, decent internet. The breakfast was bombastic with all Krajina delicate’s and options for vegetarians. Coffee was delicious, people warm and hospitable and alert to call your taxi or any other help. The building is modern and next to extraordinary Italian pizzeria bar when I had my Russian Cocktail “ Pink Lady”. Ha ha —new global direction. I never know Banja Luka well. I am totally impress about my one day visit. This is different, original and mark-ant city, modern but still vintage and retro Yugoslavia style. I enjoy enormous and I cry a lot at that folk concert. This is definitely place to come back.
