“Lovely apartment in Centre”
The apartment was newly constructed very spacious with separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living room and balcony. The shower worked well along with the WiFi. Host gave clear video instructions on how to access the apartment and was in touch on WhatsApp during my stay. I would highly recommend Apartment Kastel.

“Loved this place!”
I found my new favorite place to stay in Banjaluka! Apart from being centrally located and convenient, it is such a pleasant little flat in every way! You get early morning sun coming in through large windows. I loved that! Everything you need for a comfy stay for one or a couple. I will certainly be booking this place next time I am in Banjaluka!

We had guaranteed our arrival with a valid credit card, and we arrived in Banja Luka as planned. Upon arrival, we contacted the host, only to be told that the apartment had been re-rented. The host claimed that he had tried to call us 30 minutes before our arrival, but our phone was temporarily off due to a dead battery. Regardless, we had guaranteed our reservation and arrived within the expected time. When we insisted that our arrival was guaranteed and that he had no right to re-rent the property, the host was extremely rude and eventually hung up on us. We were left on the street in an unfamiliar city in the early evening, without any accommodation, which was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable.

Location is perfect, right in the center. Food an coffee shops nearby are amazing. Shops and amazing Kastel fortress are in walking distance. Apartment is clean and big. It has all you need, with fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. I recommend this accommodation

Everything! New and modern apartment, very spacious, great location, super comfy bed, very nice hosts who hosted us with super short notice and with a smile on their face! The apartment is well equipped (the hosts even brought some yummy instant coffee and tea bags for breakfast). 100% recommend!
