“Amazing!”

we got both rooms and had the whole house for ourselves. The hosts are really nice 😊 We had a late check in and they were okay with it! The hourse is located in the gorgeous location with fresh air and stunning vistas! We had a minor inconvenience that the gas stove had only one spot working but the host quickly resolved the issue. Overview, beautiful experience and only 20 mins walk to the canyon so we can rest from the car a bit :)

Everything was great! The hosts are a wonderful family — warm, welcoming, and truly hospitable. They can prepare a delicious homemade dinner for you at a very reasonable price. Places like this are the real face of Georgian hospitality. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hosts and the property. Incredible value, we had the entire house, brand new, with excellent views on the surrounding moutains. The hosts made every effort to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The place is ideal for shorter and longer stays. I would book it again.

Just incredible. Beautiful big house with 4(!) bedrooms, great views, delicious breakfast and dinner, very nice owners, quiet location, in a beautiful village, only 600 meters away from the ticket office of Okatze Canyon, surrounded by springs. Very recommended.

We stayed at a wonderful mountain village homestead – it was a true haven of peace! We had a private two-story cottage with three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower on each floor – very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The house was furnished with love and authentic style, full of local charm. The surroundings were stunning – peaceful nature, birds singing, frogs croaking in the evening… A perfect place to disconnect from everyday life. Just one kilometer away is the impressive Okatse Canyon, making the location ideal for both relaxation and hiking adventures. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and their beautiful daughter spoke excellent English, which made communication so easy. We truly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, peaceful, and warm stay in Georgia!

Super friendly, comunicative, and warm-hearted family. Huge house only for you! Fully and modern equipped kitchen. Lovely view from the tarrace. True Kingsize beds. Friendly dog!!! <3 great starting point for Okatse Canyon to avoid crowds. The hosts even gave us some cognac. Really great place, cannot recommend more!

Cozy Cottage Stay with Wonderful Hosts We had an absolutely delightful stay at this cozy cottage! The location is charming and has a truly authentic, countryside feel. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even treated us to fresh fruits from their own garden, which was such a lovely touch. We also had the pleasure of tasting their homemade fruit wine, made with fruits from the garden—it was delicious, and you can also purchase a bottle to take home. The cottage itself is comfortable and well-equipped, but the highlight was definitely the view from the window. Watching the sunset over the mountains was a breathtaking experience. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with kind hosts and beautiful scenery, this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!
