“Best hotel to stay in Bang Saen”
The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is fully equipped and excellent. The towels are good. The parking lot is large for motorcycles and cars.

New very clean but basic. Easy to find and easy car park. AC is set to 24deg and max fan so is a bit noisy

There was a very nice coffee machine in the lobby. We had a choice of nearly 9 types of coffee, free of charge. This was nice, it was a very nice facility, but the windows of the room did not open. Therefore, there was a different smell inside. It smelled like dampness, something similar, I felt something like that in the first room I entered, I asked them to change the room, and they did. I didn't have any problems afterwards. The rooms seemed a little stuffy, that was my first impression because the windows do not open. There is a balcony door, but you get used to it later, I can say that I was satisfied with it.

“Economical, clean and comfortable hotel that presents the best value in Bangsaen”
Put up here for 3 nights for the Ironman 70.3 Bangsaen. The property classifies itself as a 2-star hotel on booking.com which I found to be misleadingly underrated, it should deserve at least another star or maybe even two. Rooms were clean and sufficiently comfortable, noise insulation wasn’t as bad as what others have said but perhaps this was because I was on a higher floor. WiFi worked well but the showers could do with stronger water pressure. A Lotus supermarket and a 7-11 less than 300m away from the property, while Bangsaen main beach was about 1.5km away. All in all a very pleasant stay for THB 1000/night (weekend price), sometimes it goes down to THB800/night during less peak periods

“Comfy, Nearby the beach, near the restaurants”
The hotel is not so far from the beach. You can drive only 5 minutes reaching to the beach and also nearby food, and restaurants. The staffs are very nice and the room is very clean. There is cleaning during the day.
