“Amazing stay, definitely coming back here again”
Location is in the more quiet area of Ko Samui. There is a scooter rental 2mins away by foot. Only 150baht for 24 hours. The room is super spacious! The shower is amazing and bathtub also. The host is superfriendly and helpful. The washing machine and options to hang your wet clothes are great.

“Great flat, great owner, great pool”
Great apartment for long stays, I loved it. It has everything you need, including all kitchen gear, washing machine, and free Netflix. Not as flash as photos. The living area seems smaller than room, but practical. Great Big bedroom and big bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Owner repaired shower head. Good enough water pressure and hot water, which I switched off. The air-conditioning works perfectly. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The pool is beautiful, huge, and the cleanest I've ever used. The owner, Paul, is a gem! He always responds within minutes to any query via WhatsApp. I needed change of sheets and towels. He sent them to me. Gave me a free lift to ATM and was there to help me with luggage in and out of the apartment. Can't praise him enough. The grounds and gardens are pretty and have basketball and tennis courts. I highly recommend for up to 2 people.

amazing communication with the Paul (I assume the building manager) and he helped us with anything we needed. room came equipped with everything, was everything you could possible need in there. really comfortable bed also

The apartment was modern and very well equipped, details like extra linen or kitchen utensils were available whilst in other accommodations we missed them. Superb in terms of cleaning and order. Great swimming pool. Moped rental is available at the reception.

Paul's place is so well setup with everything you need. Lots of small touches which make for a super comfortable stay. Facilities are excellent , staff helpful.

“Feel like home,recommend”
First was the household,he is a very nice man,we had conversation since I booked the room on 3rd Dec,he send key man to me and wifi password which was 5 star service,very impressed me.Wash mashine， refrigerator，WiFi，TV，cooking，tableware are all be prepared.The condo based on an little mountain of north KOH SAMUI,not far not close to the 7/11or family mart(one infront condo was closed by COVIT-19 I think),I had a car so drive 5 minutes to get to life things. And drove 3minutes you will see an beach bar name called "the green beach",I had A few cups coketail,lovely night,everythings was perfect.

Very cosy Appartment 2 min away from the centre of bangrak! Nice gym with sauna, ping pong table and snooker table in the facility! Couldn’t ask for more! The owner is very helpful with anything you need. I will definitely come back to this place next time🙏
