“Great view, but not a private villa and limited comfort in the heat”

The view and the terrace with the infinity pool are really beautiful and the highlight of the property. The location offers a great panorama over the sea and surroundings. We also appreciated that a solution was found in the end.

“A beautiful place to spend holidays on Koh Samui!”

Franco is the perfect host, and his villa is the perfect place to spend your vacation. It's exactly as described and pictured. Franco also helps organize trips, cruises, and even laundry, which you can leave in the morning and have ready, washed, and ironed by evening. It's worth mentioning that a lovely lady keeps the villa tidy every day, making the beds and changing towels every few days. The pool is also cleaned twice a week. It's hard to imagine a better place to spend your free time than the upper terrace with its pool and beautiful views. I highly recommend it, and I'm sure I'll be back.

We had the best time in Celebrity Ocean View Villa. The house is really big, it is super super clean and the owners and the personnel are the nicest! The rooftop pool is so great with the best views! 10/10 would highly recommend!

“Amazing Villa”

The villa is amazing, super spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless clean and the pool is just brilliant. Franco and his wife are brilliant hosts. They are super friendly and helpful, they help us make bookings for trips, receive and return our rented motorbikes etc. They have made our stay so much more convenient and easier. There really is nothing I can fault about the villa, it's very well located near the shops and markets. We rented motorbikes during our stay, it made travelling around the island so much easier.

“Beautiful villa, lots of space & 10 mins from the airport”

A beautiful villa with lots of space and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Franco and his wife were great hosts and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their is also daily maid service.

Franco & Noi were excellent friendly hosts and Ying kept the apartment very clean throughout our stay. Franco was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests. We had several people arriving and departing on different days/times and he helped us organise and schedule taxis in a timely manner. The villa was clean, big and spacious with a stunning infinite pool overlooking great views.

The villa was exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. Franco and Noi are perfect hosts and the maid Ying keeps the villa spotlessly clean. We loved every minute of our stay and was very sad to leave.

“outstanding Villa and stay”

everything, felt like we were in paradise … so much space and we were a party of 6 adults. the owner Franco, wife and team were outstanding and so helpful. the views and facilities excellent and would go back every time I visited Koh Samui. would highly recommend! the roof top pool and top floor meant that we could enjoy beautiful sunsets and chill time. bedrooms all had comfy beds and some with balconies and all had en-suite.

Franco and his wife were super nice and accommodating. Their house is spacious and gorgeous. The rooftop area and infinity pool are beyond perfect. Would highly recommend this place.

“Relaxing Stay”

Upstairs outdoor living area was great with the pool and seaviews. Location was handy with shops, restaurants, massages and markets close by. Also only a short taxi ride to Fisherman's Village for beachside restaurants. Ferry to Koh Phangan is within easy walking distance. Close to airport. You do get some aircraft traffic, but is only in the daytime and not at night when sleeping. We didn't find it disturbing at all. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and not living areas but there are plenty of sliding doors and windows, which create cool cross breezes when open. 2 bedrooms have showers over bath and 2 with walk in showers, so if you have issues with climbing over bath, is best to ask for the bedrooms with walk in showers. There is also a shower in a powder room on 1st floor, as well as an outdoor one near pool. Cinema room is not functional anymore and neither is downstairs kitchen. Kitchen in upstairs living area is small but works well and has everything you need. It is supplied with instant coffee so if you like real coffee, best to byo. House was very well cleaned everyday. Franco, Noi and Ying were very hospitable and ready to help with any information we needed. No washing machine but Franco organised to get our laundry done and was only 50 baht per kilo ($2 AUD)! Overall we had a very relaxing stay. Would stay again!

This villa is simply amazing. The view, the pool, the interior are even better than how they look in the photo. I would like to thank the owner (Franco) for the hospitality. He even helped to provide things that was not included upon request such as rice cooker and basin. The accommodations suggestion such as transportation to the jetty, bike rental, etc were also satisfying. Not to mention, the location of this villa is near to wet market which consists of both halal & non halal food if you plan to cook on your own which is very convenient.

Koh Samui has a lot of good villas. This one is probably the best. Ultra clean , modern, safe. Most comfortable beds, 100% clean as new. Amazing private rooftop pool

“Stunning villa”

the property was stunning, clean, well equipped . High quality. immaculate , very close to shops, bars, restaurants . Franco and Noi the owners were so very kind and helpful . The rooftop terrace was fantastic , brilliant views, spacious , lovely place to relax and sunbathe or watch the sun go down . We LOVED this property
