“Great secluded propert”
Great location with sea view and direct access to beach. Small kitchen area with microwave, cooker top etc. Indoor and outdoor seating area. Groundfloor room 2 was best of 3. Lek and Philip were always available on site. Had safe access problems but this was easily dealt with. Plenty free water. Stayed an extra night. Locates on beach road and handy for bars, restaurants, food and fish markets. Baht bus runs outside. Outdoor hose to clean sand off after beach visit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, no pool but just along the road there's another resort and they let you use their one as long as you are buying food and drinks.

“Very enjoyable”
The location was great and I loved the area it hadn’t been wrecked by horrible expensive hotels like a lot of Samui

“Nice and big apartment directly at the beach”
Nice and cozy apartment directly at the beach. The beach was absolutely clean and the water good for swimming. Good places for having dinner, renting scooters and going out in the evening around the area (fisherman's Village). The bed's were clean and comfortable and it's quite a big room for a one room apartment with a kitchen and a table. All in all a really good place to stay for a few days.

“Comfortable place in a good location”
Nice and comfortable place, very spacious and perfect for those working online like us. WiFi was great and facilities around us were good. Beach 30 seconds away, nearby 7/11, scooter rental, Bangrak Cafe over the road was amazing - highly recommend.
