I had a great stay at KINN Stay50 Bangkok. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it easy to explore the city. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was also excellent — very delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

“Beautiful and peaceful stay”

The breakfast provided every morning by the host was so thoughtfully put together and the back garden was a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy a coffee. The host was also helpful in showing us nearby attractions and food spots. Wat Arun is a ten minute walk away and from there you can take a quick boat ride to get to the other side of the river!

An incredible place to stay, a mini loft lodge full of character and beautifully quirky, set right by the canal. Non touristy and safe. Walking distance to Wat Arun Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Our second visit. The host was again exceptional — delicious breakfasts, great local recommendations, and help with transfers made everything effortless. We’re so glad we found KINN Stay50 and would absolutely stay again and recommend it to friends.

A cozy, historic house in a garden by a canal near Wat Arun. It was quiet at night as no canal boats passed by. A lovely lady welcomed us. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days of graduation preparation it was a tiring days but this place cleanse away all of our fatigue. we can have a peaceful sleep in the quite environment and wake up to have a good breakfast enjoy the garden and owner took care of us so great.

“Our little house by a canel”

The little house was away from roads, the traffic is extreme in Bangkok so this was lovely. It was walking distance to MRT and the river so good transport links.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and even helped us arrange airport pickup and a one-day tour. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location is very convenient, close to many attractions. Highly recommended

The room was well equipped, in a nice courtyard and has a lovely feel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The instructions for how to find the accommodation are very detailed and useful.

It’s in a beautiful villa perfectly organized by the host, in a quartier that is close to the old center of Bangkok. I felt very authentic impressions of the communities living there.

In an area quite unique to location. On a major Klong and opposite a beautiful Wat. In a community setting with narrow alleyways and interesting buildings. Easy walking and ferry service for Wat Arun, Eat Pho and Royal palace. A different perspective in Bangkok. Loved it!

“Lovely little cottage off the beaten track”

This place has a really nice cottage vibe, comfortable and cozy and situated in a lovely garden next to a river. Views from the bed of the sunset and the glittering gold temple are a pleasure. A lot of small details were considered to make the room comfortable. Hosts are welcoming and kind. It's a unique and cozy stay for those interested in a different viewpoint of the city.

“Outstanding place to experience the real Bangkok”

The location is excellent within the local area and very few tourists. It’s down an alleyway within the local community. Felt safe at all times. The hosts are outstanding. Excellent breakfast every morning. It is on the canal and we were able to go on a longboat trip for the day organised by Anna. The garden is beautiful and overlooks the bustling river, noisy during the day but quiet and peaceful at night 7:00pm to 7:00am. Highly recommended if you want an authentic experience.

Historical house with beautiful garden and a private canal jetty. Very unique. Felt like an oasis amongst the clamour of the big city.

The hospitality of the host is stunning. The breakfast is always very delicious and varied. Sitting on the outside terrace every morning and looking at the beautiful small garden is beautiful by listening the birdsongs.
