“Worst experience in the budget hotel”

1. Low budget accommodation. 2. Near to metro station and shopping malls. 3. Room size was small which was expected comparing to the price.

Very noisy place/street, internet was not working, fridge not working, they offer no solution for this. Furthermore, even before saying hello, the cranky and rude man who opened the door was already telling me off. I would not recommend it at all

I was being scammed. After my trip to Bangkok, and my last (one and only night) at this place. They required me to pay when I arrived. But when I got back to Finland, Booking informed that according the Guest House, I never stayed there, and I was charged the room rent again (no free cancellation).

nothing about it was good i knew it isnt a great hotel but through pictures i felt its clean and atleast we can stay for few hours but it was 2 star hotel only with no cleanliness.... plus they dont have any proper tech system for person to check in and maintain their records.... they take you several oics with key card with passport with security deposit money even if you dont want you have to take pictures ehich is bad to invade anyone privacy why should i give my pictures to you.... they must have proper system for their records rather than writing it on paper with xerox copy poor cleaning fake pictures on booking.com

The pictures on booking do not represent the reality. The rooms are really run down and the street is really horrible with lots of traffic. The windows do not block the sound from the street. The customer service never replies and the number they have is not working!!! There is no one in the reception to check out. They charged me 1000bahts as security deposit for the key but when I booked I did not received this information! I do not recommend this place, I recommend it to be removed from booking really.

I booked a room on booking for 638THB. The guesthouse precharged my card with 100THB. After arrived, the staff told that there is extra 100THB service fee, if the room booked by agoda or booking. I called the "owner" but person was very rude. I told the staff that I got charged 100THB ready but they told I need to pay the full price of my stay and the service charge in cash at check in. So I paid 738THB in cash. After my stay, I got alert that they tried to charge my card with other 538THB but luckily I freeze my card so they couldn't. So they got 838THB from me. The room was too small, not 37m² and not like on the pictures and description. Not so clean. The ac was very old and even set for 26C and lowest fan speed was too cold. The glass in the window was broken.
