The wifi couldnt be used. Texted the person in charge regarding the issue, no respond. Toilet got coakcroach. The details stated got washing machine but there is no washing machine. Pool cannot be used, no early infomation.

Very bad experience with this property. I booked 2 weeks early but didn't receive any details about check-in. I had to pay an additional deposit, which they never returned. The property scammed us out of 100 ringgit. The room had cockroaches. Really bad service. I remind you to spend more for your own comfort. This property scammed us. The hotline took too long to give us a decision. Customer service never protects you, they protect the property. I remind you, never book this room again. Ban it.
