deposit refund its takes more than 3 days. i was check out on 14/4/2026 till 17/4/2026 didn't received a refund of deposit. need booking.com will counter of that owner.

“Bad review”
The owner has not return my deposit. The key was delivered late upon arrival. I am not happy with the owner. Did not send house rules via Whatsapp which was the communication by choice. Now threatened to deduct deposit due to rubbish not taken out. The rubbish was neatly packed by the bin.
