“Beware of cockroaches”
Had to spray and kill more than 10 cockroaches in the unit when we first entered the unit. It was on the dining tables, bedroom walls, the floor, and kitchen sink. It was stressful to sleep in such a place. And there was no toilet paper provided.

“Run!!”
Location and transpotation access. I have no problem with the place if it clean to stay but upon arrival we have to clean the room and house. Just as you enter the house you saw the dust hanging on the fan, enter the room it was clutter with old shopping bags full of dust just like the house has been abandon. The owner food in the fridge and cloths in the washing machine. Contacting the owner about how the house condition but he is in denial stated that the house is clean. When im trying to ask why he say if i dont like the house you can cancel your booking. I mean we pay to stay why cant he provides us clean house. He knows the date we in. He has plenty times to call someone to clean or clean the house himself.

Toilet/washroom not comfortable/clean. Lots of owner items/food at refrigerator. Lots of owner photos/frame which is not suitable for homestay.
