The property was large, very clean and well kept with plenty of utensils and kitchen equipment. The assorted fruit basket and plenty of drinking water on our arrival was unexpected, but very much appreciated. Roman our host who showed us everything was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. In fact we liked it so much we extended our stay twice, only leaving for a 4 dat excursion to Phi Phi. There is an ok equipped gym, on site, which has everything you need to maintain fitness and muscle, the swimming pool is clean and well kept. The Regent is secure and we felt very at ease staying here. The location is great. 5mim walk and you’re in Boat Ave, with enough food and shopping choices to suit all. 10-15 min walk in the other direction and you are at Bang Tao beach, if you walk the best way is to head towards the beachside laguna residences and cut through the hotel, they’re very happy to accommodate you to do this. The walk way is well pedestrianised and well lit in the evenings. If you hire a motor cycle there is ample parking available on site. There is a pharmacy on site a tea room and a spa massage, so everything you need.

We loved everything about the apartment. It was so clean and beautiful, excellently equipped. The beds were huge and so comfortable. The jacuzzi on the balcony was such a treat. Pool was a really great size with plenty of beds. Bang tao beach is only 15 min walk and the shops. We have been travelling the world since July and this was my children’s favourite accommodation!

Very spacious apartment on 5th floor. Very clean and well equipped.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and very nice. There was some fresh fruit and water for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. Location was also ideal for us, not far from anything and boat avenue just around the corner.

We stayed in the apartment for few days in October. Excellent location of the condominium in the center of the Laguna area, within walking distance to shops and restaurants with Thai and European cuisine. Bangtao Beach is just a 15-minute walk through a beautiful green area. I was very pleased with the presence of a built-in dishwasher and especially a separate clothes dryer, which is very important in the Thai climate. The common area of the complex is quite small, but you can always find free parking lots for cars and bikes. My rating is 10 out of 10 for this value.

The apartment is beautifully presented with a very luxurious feel. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good and it was great to have a kitchen with stove, sink and fridge so that we didn't ALWAYS have to go out for meals. Boris - not the owner, but a resident that helps look after the place, was really helpful and dealt with a couple of issues really promptly (e.g. one of the air conditioners started leaking, and the technicians were out and the problem fixed within a couple of hours). The pool downstairs was GREAT for the kids - part shaded and part in the sun, clean and well presented. The fitness centre also had the basics covered for equipment and machines.

Lovely apartment, bright and spacious. The terrace with sun loungers and jacuzzi at sunset is very romantic. Pleased with a well-equipped kitchen and the availability of household appliances for a comfortable life. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. I enjoyed swimming in the large pool and working out in the gym. We will stay here again on our next visit!

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. My host ,Boris is awesome , replied to my messages within minutes . The apartment is very clean and feels like a cozy home . nice deco and everything was brand new ! convenience store (7-11) is about 3 mins drive away . would definitely return to stay again !
