The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was also fairly convenient. I also liked how secluded the area is and that each tent was separated by a decent amount of space. It was also nice that the entrance was gated with security.

“Gorgeous hotel experience”

We loved our stay at the Twinpalms, and the set up with the tents was truly unique. Everything was looked after to a brilliant standard. Some negative reviews mentioned noise, but we did not notice this at all - we stayed in a Lagoon tent - and we found the whole site incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The service throughout was attentive but friendly, and a special mention to May who was incredibly welcoming and kind - including arranging breakfast boxes for our early travel to the airport.

My husband and I booked this property for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The location is far away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket and that’s what we wanted. The property itself is stunning and the staff were extremely polite and kind - 10/10 service. We stayed in the beach tent and it was absolutely amazing having a direct beach access just 20 steps away. The breakfast served at the beach club wasn’t great (just good enough), but the vibes and the views made up for it.

The facilities are new and of a very high quality. The staff are friendly, efficient and keen for the guests to be happy. The breakfasts are excellent in a fabulous adjoining beach club.

I stayed in the beach boys tents rather than the lake tents. These were superb with excellent service and perfect location. The staff made the stay even better with exceptional levels of service and reasonable value from the bars.

Location next to Catch was nice. Buggy transport between Tented "Camp" and Catch Club/beach. We had access to loungers for free (being off season). Also excellent Saturday BBQ and evening/sun-downer bar were great even with occasional heavy rain. Staff super friendly and helpful. Food quality was generally good.
