Be awarned of construction area directly NEXT to villa! In general very nice villas. Perfect wifi, very clean, spacious, big and fully equipped kitchen, basic cosmetics, very nice owner. Unfortunately we were not informed neither we had any information about construction Works next to property. The whole day we had very loud works, one day it was some Works in the middle of the night even, during the last Daysof our stay the workers did some works literally on the fence of our property from the side of swimming pool so it was impossible to use swimming pool.

Lovely property, 3 bedrooms with all ensuite for us all, lovely kitchen living dining space with extra under stairs toilet area. Pool was great although some tiles need replacing and my son cut his foot in first 10 mins but they accommodated us with some plasters and medical items which solved the issue. Washing machine and clothes drying item outside. Car parking space under cover which was great out of the heat and handy when shopping or packing to leave. Lovely owners who were very accommodating. Beach 10 mins walk with a few beach clubs to use for the day.

Amazing villa situated in a perfect location in bangtao just a few minutes walk from the beach. The host was very responsive to any questions and check in was easy. Would recommend to couples, groups of friends and families.

Lots of space and great location, pool is a good size.

Privacy good for family

Swimming pool ledder was loose so we could not use the pool accurate. No soap at toilets and some toilets did´t have toilet paper. Beds was catastroficle, hard like stone.

Nice, clean and spacious Villa, perfect for up to six people. Quiet place and 15 min. walk to the beach.

“Great stay in the villa”

The villa is located in bangtao beach, family mart is around 10 mins walk from villa, and beach is around 15 mins walk. The utensils provided are good for the big group travel like us. The pool is good fun for the kids, and villa size is also just great for party of 12 like us. There is a Muay Thai Training gym (https://balancephuket.com/) just right opposite to the villa and our groupmates did enjoy the morning training sessions in there.

Good fixtures with real wood(probably teak?). A Thai style simplistic design for interiors.

Spacious villa in a great location. 8-10 min walk to Bang Tao beach and about 20 to Surin.

The villa was very good value for money it was in a really good position within 10 mins walk to the beach
